⅔  cup of moong dal.
1 pinch asafoetida.
1 tablespoon refined.

Start to Prepare 


Step 1 – Take 2/3 cup of moong dal and 1/3 cup of urad dal. Wash the dal thoroughly and strain the water.

Step 2 – Spread the washed dal on a clean towel to remove excess water and let it dry under a fan.
